These are your terms, order confirmation and agreement. Completion of your order is agreement to all terms.

Terms

SUGA'BABIES IS NOT AN ALLERGY-FREE ENVIRONMENT. SUGA'BABIES BAKE SHOP, THE COMPANY, AND/OR TIFFANY LEMONS, ITS' OWNER AND BAKER, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ILLNESSES AS A RESULT OF FOOD ALLERGIES. THESE FOOD ALLERGIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO DAIRY, CHOCOLATE, NUTS, OR FRUIT.

OUR PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN OR COME IN CONTACT WITH MILK, WHEAT, NUTS, SOY OR OTHER ALLEGENS. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY YOUR GUESTS OF THIS RISK AND HOLD US HARMLESS FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS.

1. Your initial 50% non-refundable/ non-transferable retainer is required to secure/hold your order. The balance is due 1 week before pick-up/ delivery date, wedding cakes 1 month before delivery. Holiday, Special Sale and orders $100 and less are paid for in full upon ordering. If order is placed 7 days or less in advance, the full balance is due upon ordering and a 10% rush fee may be applied.

1B. Cancellations: There is a 25% cancellation fee, minus the deposit. There are no refunds for orders cancelled within a 3 day window.

2. The balance of your order must be received by the due date indicated, or your order is null and void, and the retainer will not be refunded.

3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date can not be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

4A. There is a 30-minute grace window for pick-up orders. If you do not arrive at your agreed pick-up time or within the grace period, availability is not guaranteed for pick-up on the same day and no refund will be given.

4B. Suga'Babies is not responsible for any damage to the cake after pick-up or setup is complete. A flat surface, such as the floor of your vehicle, is recommended. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.

5. If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Suga'Babies Bake Shop's possession.

6. If flowers are provided by an outside source, 10 stems will be arranged free: $1 for each additional stem. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. Suga'Babies reserves the right to refuse arrangement if flower source/florist is unavailable to confirm safety of any florals.

7. On occasion, we will photograph our desserts, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to, or authorization from you.

8. Returned payments will be subject to a $25 returned payment fee. Disputed/ Cancelled payments without return of full, in tact product will be subject to legal action and fees.

9. ​Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Suga'Babies Bake Shop to complete the agreement and is subject to accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
